Merchant Accounts Provider Maintains A+ Rating, BBB Accredited Since 2007

Trey's father, Eddie Burke, founded OTC as a credit card processing company in 1989 and Trey joined the company in 2003. OTC applied for and became a BBB Accredited Business in 2007, and has since maintained the exemplary accreditation and A+ rating with zero complaints.

The Burkes attribute their business success to the philosophy that "if you treat people right, the rest will take care of itself."

"Offering no long-term agreements on merchant accounts and free replacements on credit card machines with no hidden costs also helps," Trey Burke added.

He, along with OTC staff Traci Schlait and Ashley Castanon, attended the BBB Awards for Excellence ceremony and luncheon May 2 to accept the award. Burke says he wants people to remember their names because they are the ones customers talk to when calling OTC.
