Under the Agreement, PTs "Down Under" Will Have Access to Rich Media EDUCATA Courses Directly Through the Association's Website

(firmenpresse) - CALABASAS, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/17/12 -- The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), with a membership of over 12,500 therapists, has an explicit goal of ensuring that quality services are delivered to patients where and when needed. It is in that context that it has recently forged a partnership with EDUCATA to deliver interactive online education to physiotherapists in the region through the Association's MyLearning web portal.

Recognized as the leading independent provider of online education for physical therapists and allied medical professionals, EDUCATA courses have always addressed topics that are universally relevant and taught by professionals with international credentials. This approach has served both organizations well in formulating the agreement: quality of content coupled to quality of technical delivery, to make the learning process not just productive but also enjoyable.

"The APA is excited to partner with EDUCATA to deliver online education through our MyLearning site," said Lindsey Maggs, Manager, Learning Pathways. "The APA's goal is to become the leading provider of online education for physiotherapists in Australia and beyond. We look forward to continuing to work closely with EDUCATA to offer clinically relevant, stimulating learning solutions."

"This partnership is very significant for EDUCATA," said EDUCATA co-founder, Dr. Marilyn Pink. "We have always had a great deal of respect for Australian physiotherapists and see a strong correlation of educational preparation between our organizations, with ongoing professional development as a top priority for us both."
