High-performance Handheld RFID reader for RFID mobile solution(firmenpresse) - DAILY RFID, a leading producer of RFID readers and RFID tags, has recently unveiled PDA based,13.56MHz Handheld RFID reader DL8033 for RFID mobile solution. The handheld reader delivers high performance in a lightweight and extremely rugged design, with low price at under $850 (USD).
This handheld RFID reader brings a computer environment to cater for the requirement of RFID mobile solutions. It features the high-performance Intel® PXA255 Processor, 128MB SDRAM and 64MB of Flash ROM storage to protect data from resets or even complete power loss. Thus, this Handheld RFID reader DL8033 can be used as a portable device for information management, information collection or data transfer.
The mobile RFID reader is capable of reading/writing 13.56MHz RFID tags that conform to ISO/IEC 14443A/B and 15693 stand. It includes LCD touch screen, 22-key interface, audio output control, SD slot, IC card slot and USB connectivity.
Together with the wireless technology through Bluetooth or GPRS connectivity, this portable rfid reader allows those RFID tag information to be transferred seamlessly from mobile devices to centralized system for back end processing. Rated at IP54, the handheld reader is protected against dirt and water.
