Mandatory notification of trade in SpareBank 1 SR-BANK ASA's issues

The attached list gives an overview of purchases and sales of subscription
rights and subscriptions for shares carried out by primary insiders of SpareBank
1 SR-Bank ASA and the primary insiders' related parties in connection with the
rights offering and the employee offering.
The sales and purchases of subscription rights and the subscriptions for new
shares as specified in the list were conducted 21 May 2012. Shares were
subscribed according to subscription rights and/or in the employee offering.
The subscription period is from 18 May 2012 to 1 June 2012. The subscription
price in the rights offering and the employee offering is NOK 27 per new shares.
New shares will be allocated on or about 7 June 2012.
