Prior to joining Maxim Group, Mr. Diana was a research analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald where he covered mortgage REITs and small and mid-cap commercial banks. Previously, he held similar positions at Citigroup, Bear Stearns and Prudential Securities. Mr. Diana began his Wall Street career at First Boston as a financial services investment banker. He received an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Cornell University.
