Mannix Resources Inc.: Revocation of Cease Trade Order
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/22/12 -- MANNIX RESOURCES INC. ("Mannix Resources" or the "Company") announces that on May 18, 2012, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC") granted a full revocation of the Cease Trade Order issued by the BCSC against the Company on March 28, 2001 (the "BCSC Cease Trade Order").
The Company also announces that on May 18, 2012, the Alberta Securities Commission (the "ASC") granted a full revocation of the Cease Trade Order issued by the ASC against the Company on March 16, 2001 (collectively with the BCSC Cease Trade Order, the "Cease Trade Orders").
The Cease Trade Orders were originally imposed as a result of the Company's failure to file a comparative financial statement for its financial year ended September 30, 2000, an interim financial statement for the three month period ended December 31, 2000, and quarterly reports for the periods ended September 30, 2000 and December 31, 2000.
