Infinergy Energy PLC has Letter of Intent to Sell its Diesel Fuel Output
London, England, May 23, 2012, Infinergy Energy PLC is pleased to announce
it has a Letter of Intent signed with Zhejiang Dongjiang New Energy
Technology Co., Ltd. for the purchase of 5 tons of diesel fuel daily that
is produced by Infinergy Energy at our Fast Catalytic Depolymerization
solid waste processing plants that converts Municipal Solid Waste into
diesel fuel.
Mr. Jeff Mak, President and CEO comments, 'We are very pleased to have
pre-sold our production of diesel oil and the price is set at the wholesale
market rate per liter at the time of each sale. The current price for
diesel fuel is approximately $1.00 per liter and is forecast to continually
increase in the future and each price increase serves to improve our
profitability.'
Mr. Mak continues, 'Our first installation in Jilin Province for the pilot
and demonstration site and will produce 250 liters per hour of diesel oil
that will result in about $2.2 million in annual revenues. Future
installations will be larger processing plants producing over 6000 liters
per hour generating more than $50 million in annual diesel fuel sales all
of which have been pre-sold.'
