EMGS's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 13 June 2012 at 15:00
CET in EMGS's offices on the 7th floor of Klingenberggt 5, Oslo. Please find
attached the calling notice and appendices.
The calling notice has today been distributed electronically or by post to all
shareholders with a known address. It is also available on EMGS's website,
www.emgs.com/agm.
The EMGS Annual Report 2011, which includes the 2011 Annual Accounts, 2011
Director's Report and Determination of Salary Statement, is also available on
EMGS's website. A hard copy of the Annual Report 2011 can be sent to
