Omnicare Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

CINCINNATI, May 24, 2012 - Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), announced today that its
board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on its
common stock. The dividend is payable on June 22, 2012 to stockholders of
record on June 8, 2012.
