Speedway Finalizes GasAmerica Purchase

ENON, Ohio, May 25, 2012 -Speedway LLC (Speedway) announced today that it has
finalized all closing-related activities pertaining to the acquisition of 87
GasAmerica Services, Inc. (GasAmerica)retail locations. The transaction was
originally announced on February 9, 2012. "It is an exciting time at Speedway
and we are thrilled to be gaining such great people and adding these locations
to our existing portfolio. We are looking forward to serving the communities
surrounding these stores and fulfilling our commitment to meet our customers'
fueling and convenience needs. The tremendous effort by both the GasAmerica and
Speedway teams provided for a very smooth and efficient operational transition,"
