(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CRF)(OTCQX: CORMF)(FRANKFURT: 2CM) advises that it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company, entitling them to purchase up to 5,559,833 common shares of the capital stock in the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for the next four years.
The above is subject to regulatory approval.
