Fortune Graphite Inc. Voluntarily Delists from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/29/12 -- Fortune Graphite Inc. (FRANKFURT: ZTWN) has voluntarily delisted (Effective May 25, 2012) from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange now requires all listed companies to be revenue generating. However, Fortune Graphite is an exploration stage company that does not currently generate any revenues. The company's Board of Directors decided it is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders to voluntarily delist from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, putting emphasis on continued exploration and development of the company's graphite carbon, gold, silver, and other mineral properties, with the goal of entering production at a future date.
The company will continue to operate and there will be no effect on the shares of the company.
