Greenworld Wind Power Advises Joint Venture Masbate Water Supply Facility
Now Fully Operational
Toronto, Canada - May 30, 2012 - Greenworld Wind Power Co. Ltd.
(Greenworld): Deutsche Börse symbol: GWDA (www.greenworldpower.ca), has
announced that the Masbate-Mobo water treatment and supply facility, in
which it owns a 25% interest, is now operating at full capacity.
The facility now supplies 7,000 cubic meters of water (cbm) per day to the
Masbate-Mobo Water District, at a contracted rate of 11.88 pesos (EUR0.22)
per cubic meter of water.
Gross annual revenues are projected to be in the region of EUR550,000.
Greenworld will earn 25% of net profits (calculated as gross revenues less;
operating costs; loan payments; and financial charges. In addition,
Greenworld will earn 7% annually on the roughly Php 35 million
(approximately EUR650,000) in upfront capital provided to complete the
construction of the water treatment facility.
Singfil Hydro Builders Corporation, which has a 50% interest in the
project, will oversee day-to-day operations of the facility. The remaining
25% interest is controlled by an outside party.
