(firmenpresse) - BRAMPTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/30/12 -- Atlantis Systems Corp. (NEX: AIQ.H) (the "Corporation"), a globally recognized training integrator in the military and commercial aviation markets, today announced that Aidan Kehoe has resigned as a director of the Corporation.
In his letter to the Corporation's Board of Directors (the "Board"), Mr. Kehoe said that the responsibilities of his other ventures have become extremely demanding, and it has become very difficult to commit the necessary time and attention to the Board.
