Vitera Healthcare Solutions Appoints Steven Holmquist as Senior Vice President of Sales

Holmquist brings more than 26 years of healthcare IT experience to this role.

Prior to joining Vitera, Holmquist was vice president of sales at MedPlus -- a Quest Diagnostics Company. In that role, he quadrupled the hospital client base, while maintaining a KLAS #1 Ranking. Before MedPlus, Holmquist was vice president of sales for Cerner Corporation, a public healthcare IT company. In that role, he was responsible for sales of the Millennium® products and services. Prior to Cerner, Holmquist was vice president of sales at HBOC -- now McKesson HIT -- for the Physician's Office Solutions division. Holmquist's sales career began at IBM and has always focused on healthcare IT solutions, both Acute & Ambulatory care settings.
