Frankfurt am Main, 01. Juni 2012. According to the latest 'China Bathroom
Study' of BSRIA, the UK based market research agency, Joyou AG, a leading
bathroom solution supplier in China, again increased its market share in
2011.
In the segment 'Taps and Mixers', Joyou increased its market share by value
from 11.8% in 2010 to 14.4% in 2011 (11.5% 2009, 8.1% 2008), which places
Joyou AG as the market leader in this segment for the fourth year in a row.
According to the same study, in the overall sanitary ware market Joyou
holds a Top 10 position in China with an estimated market share of 2.8% in
2011, (2010: 1.8%) and Joyou's market position in the Bathroom Cabinet
stood as number five.
In the first quarter of 2012, Joyou's growth continued to exceed the growth
in the overall market for sanitary ware products in China. In this year,
the company is focusing on investments in the area of research and design
thereby strengthening both, Joyou's product portfolio and its position as
one of the market leaders in the bathroom products sector.

Sanitary Hardware, Copper and Semi-Finished Components, Grohe Business. In
2011, Joyou realised group revenues of EUR 287.1 million, an operating
profit (EBIT) of EUR 45.3 million and a net profit of EUR 38.5 million.
