(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/04/12 -- is pleased to announce that it will be serving a new Feature Coffee, Nzovu Cooperative, from the Mbeya Region of Tanzania. Like most African coffees, this Tanzanian roast is grown on a collection of small farm of 1 to 5 acres each. By pooling their coffee, the Nzovu Co-op has enough of their high quality coffee to export. This premium coffee is available for a limited time in all Good Earth coffeehouses and is served brewed by the cup or French press. Retail whole bean by the bag is also available to enjoy at home or the office.
"From the moment we first sipped this coffee, we knew we had to feature it in our coffeehouses...this is the best African coffee I have ever tasted" says Cristy Laing, Good Earth's Director of Training and Development.
Sun dried on raised African beds, this roast has aromas of citrus with delicate flavours of lemon and orange. The tea-like acidity leaves a silky mouth feel and a clean finish that lingers on the palate.
(i)Acidity used as a coffee term, refers to bright, tangy, fruity, or wine-like flavor characteristics found in many high grown coffees.
(ii)Clean Finish refers to the coffee being flavorful, but without any pungent or unusual flavors.
