Leipzig/Zörbig, 5 June 2012 - At the 2012 Annual General Meeting of VERBIO
Vereinigte BioEnergie AG (VERBIO) on June 4th, 2012 in Leipzig,
shareholders granted full discharge to the Managing Board and Supervisory
Board for the 2011 financial year with a clear majority of more than 99
percent. All other items on the agenda were also passed with a large
majority. About 50 shareholders attended the 2012 Annual General Meeting of
VERBIO, and 78.15 percent of those with voting rights were present.
Claus Sauter, CEO of VERBIO, emphasized in his speech: 'A change in energy
supply on the streets can only succeed with sustainable produced bio
fuels.' And supplemented: 'VERBIO will benefit from the mobility of the
future, as we already produce tomorrows fuels.'
