(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/05/12 -- Cadan Resources Corporation (TSX VENTURE: CXD)(FRANKFURT: AOMZ25) announces that further to the news release dated May 16, 2012 announcing a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") of the Company's technical disclosure under National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101"), the BCSC has indicated that they have no further comments resulting from their review at this time. The Company has accordingly been removed from the defaulting issuer's list.
