The Publicity Club of New England Honors SHIFT Communications for Smart and Creative Public Relations and Social Media

The Bell Ringer Awards recognize excellence in communications and public relations work in every field and industry, and across all media, including online, print and broadcast. An Agency up-and-comer was honored with a personal achievement award and the firm scored six awards for its client campaigns.

Best Business-to-Business Product/Service Campaign: Silver award presented to the Nexage account team
Best Response to Breaking News: Silver award presented to the Rapid7 account team
Best Clean Energy/Green Technology Product/Service Launch Campaign: Bronze award presented to the Retroficiency account team
Best Social Media Campaign: Bronze award presented to the Overstock.com account team

The Publicity Club of New England also presented SHIFT Senior Account Executive Kate Binette with the 2012 Young PR Professional of the Year, known as the Striker Award. This award is given to a working New England public relations or communications professional who has excelled in the PR and communications industry in a very short period of time and has surpassed other newcomers in the organization and in the field.
