RHJ International: Kleinwort Benson Group's Contemplated Acquisition of BHF-Bank Progressing

its wholly owned subsidiary Kleinwort Benson Group has secured the support of
co-investors to finance the acquisition of BHF-Bank. Kleinwort Benson Group has
entered into an informal review process with the German Federal Financial
Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
