Galaxy Capital Corp. Changes Name to Galaxy Graphite Corp.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/06/12 -- Galaxy Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: GXY) (the "Company" or "Galaxy") is pleased to announce that shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on May 24, 2012 passed a resolution authorizing the Company to change its name to Galaxy Graphite Corp.
An application has been made to the TSX-V for their consent to the change of name. The Company's shares will commence trading under the new name on a date to be coordinated with the Exchange. The stock symbol will remain "GXY".
