Stahlka Agency Acquires Historic Square Insurance Agency's Western N.Y. Practice; North Bridge Advisors Serves as Advisor
(firmenpresse) - CONCORD, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/07/12 -- Stahlka Agency, Inc., an independent insurance agency, and member of the EMS Group, based in Williamsville, N.Y., has acquired Historic Square Insurance Agency's Western New York practice, consultant North Bridge Advisors announced today. Stahlka Agency will be merging Historic Square's office in Orchard Park, N.Y., into its existing Orchard Park location near Buffalo.
North Bridge Advisors represented Stahlka Agency, which is a leading agency servicing the Western New York market, providing all lines of coverage. Historic Square is a full-service agency based in Erie, Penn.
