Tom Söderman - New general manager at the Laiva mine

As of today Tom Söderman will assume the position as general manager at the
Laiva mine in Finland.
Tom joins most recently from Boliden where he held the position of general
manager at the Garpenberg mine. Tom has also worked as a mining engineer at the
Garpenberg mine and as production manager at the Aitik mine.
Tom comes from Finnish Ostrobothnia and has attended Åbo Academy.
