BofI Holding, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend on Series B Convertible Preferred Stock
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/12/12 -- BofI Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOFI), parent company of BofI Federal Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on BofI Holding, Inc.'s 6.0% Series B Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock ("Series B Preferred") for the quarter ending June 30, 2012. Series B Preferred shareholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2012, shall receive $15.00 per share, payable on July 16, 2012.
