Tapiola Group and Aditro to cooperate on Payroll Services

Tapiola Group and Aditro have signed a four-year agreement on the production of
payroll services. As part of the agreement, some employees from Tapiola Group's
payroll administration were transferred to Aditro, employment conditions
unchanged, with effect from 1 June 2012.
Increased process efficiency and quality
By modernising payroll administration, Tapiola Group and Aditro aim to create
efficient, high-quality services.
The Tapiola Group had several motives for outsourcing payroll services and
choosing Aditro as their partner: "We wanted to ensure that we have good-quality
payroll services in the future. For this reason, we selected a reliable partner
whose well-functioning and thoroughly tested operating models create flexibility

Tapiola and Local Insurance announced in February that they will merge into a
mutual financial group. LocalTapiola Group will become Finland's largest and
