Focus on Four Month Growth Plan

(PINKSHEETS: HHII) is pleased to announce that all operational and management functions for both the newly acquired home health agency and the medical supply company have been transitioned over to Home Health International.
The Company's new CEO, Elizabeth Velozo, led the transition effort and its expedited completion can be attributed to her vast expertise in the home health industry. "We have a thorough understanding of our growth strategy and I am eager to seize the considerable opportunities that I believe exist as we cross-market these two companies. Our focus will be on a four month growth plan to increase patient census and drive revenue. We are currently building out the execution team and will be implementing a multi-faceted marketing approach," stated Velozo.

The Company was formerly known as Micro Mammoth Solutions, Inc. and operated as such until January 25, 2010. On January 26, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a Stock Purchase Agreement between the Company and all of the shareholders of Atlas Capital Partners, LLC. Following the acquisition of Atlas Capital Partners the shareholders approved an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation changing the Company's name from Micro Mammoth Solutions, Inc. to Atlas Capital Holdings, Inc. The Company received shareholder and board approval to amend its Articles of Incorporation to change its name to Home Health International, Inc. This change was approved by FINRA and became effective on March 26, 2012.
