TSX Venture Exchange Grants Fission Tier 1 Status
(firmenpresse) - KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/13/12 -- FISSION ENERGY CORP. ("Fission") (TSX VENTURE: FIS)(OTCQX: FSSIF) is pleased to announce that it has been granted Tier 1 classification status by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Dev Randhawa, Fission's Chairman & CEO, noted the Exchange's listing requirements state: "Tier 1 is the Exchange's premier tier and is reserved for the Exchange's most advanced Issuers with the most significant financial resources", and that "Fission takes great pride in meeting these high standards."
Fission will commence trading as a Tier 1 Issuer at the market opening on Wednesday, June 13, 2012.
