Leaders in Wellness and Foodservice Solutions Collaborate With Ithaca College and Mayo Clinic to Evaluate Corporate Wellness Initiatives

The Balance+ study, conducted with Mayo Clinic's division of Population Health Solutions and Ithaca College, looked at the impact of integrated wellness programs offered by Plus One Health Management and Compass Group as part of their strategic partnership.
Participants who received the combination of discounted healthful meals from Compass Group, fitness center access through Plus One and health education showed:
increased knowledge;
improved life satisfaction;
increased energy and
steady employee morale while other employees showed a significant decline in morale.
