(firmenpresse) - FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 06/15/12 -- (NYSE: TEI) today announced its quarterly dividend from net investment income of $0.25 per share, payable on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 29, 2012 (Ex-Dividend Date: June 27, 2012).

The Fund's investment manager is a wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN), a global investment management organization operating as Franklin Templeton Investments.
