NorRock Realty Finance Corporation Announces Completion of $500,000 Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/15/12 -- NorRock Realty Finance Corporation (TSX VENTURE: RF.H) ("NorRock" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $500,000 comprised of 2,000,000 Class A Shares.
The private placement has received approval from TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four month hold period.
NorRock intends to use the gross proceeds from the private placement for working capital and general corporate purposes.
