Vancouver, Canada, June XX, 2012 - Belvedere Resources Limited (TSX.V:BEL)(“The Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Clough to the Board of Directors.
Roger Clough, BSc (Hons) Economics, has over 25 years’ experience in Investment Banking, the majority of which was spent with Cazenove & Co. (latterly JP Morgan Cazenove) as Head of Convertible Bonds, becoming a partner in 2001. He is currently CEO of EQL Capital which provides funding advice to small and medium sized companies. As the mining sector has been a leading issuer of convertibles, it is a sector in which he has experience across the capital structure.
About Belvedere: Belvedere Resources Limited is a mining company incorporated in British Columbia with a primary focus on nickel, gold, cobalt and copper in Finland. The Company currently produces 2200t of nickel in concentrate/year from the Hitura nickel mine in Central Finland. The Company has a number of advanced gold projects in close proximity to the Hitura mine.
