The presentation was made at the Homes for Scotland Annual Lunch, in Edinburgh on 4th May.

Douglas McLeod, Regional Director Barratt Homes Scotland said: "Every member of the Barratt Homes team is Scotland is committed to providing the best level of customer care, so we are delighted to have picked up this award for our Quality and Cost programme, which combines a multi-disciplinary approach to getting the job right first time.

"In its first year the programme achieved a 40 percent reduction in customer service complaints."

This isn't the first award of the year for , coming hot on the heels of Barratt Homes East Scotland achieving the maximum 5 star housebuilder rating in an annual customer satisfaction survey run by the Home Builders Federation for the third consecutive year.
