Agrigate Group Ltd:
Frankfurt, Germany, 19/06/2012 - Investor update on Agrigate Group Limited,
previously African Opportunities Investment Capital (AOIC), the official
name change of the company is now complete. The company is continuing with
its internal restructuring and has decided to apply for the move to the
entry standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company will publish a
prospectus and revaluation with all the relevant information in the near
future.
AOIC was formed in October 2010 with the objective to invest in and fund
emerging market businesses with good future potential, a diversified
portfolio, solid management teams and the potential for good growth.
