Epicor Appoints New Executive Vice President and General Manager; Increasing Focus on Retail Distribution Business
Industry Veteran and Proven Leader Craig McCollum to Focus on New Market Opportunities and Growth

Reporting to Epicor President and Chief Executive Officer Pervez Qureshi, McCollum will have operating responsibility for the retail distribution solutions business, which delivers comprehensive business management solutions for small to midsize retailers across a variety of industries including pharmacies and drug stores, lumber and building materials, lawn and garden centers, sporting goods, the automotive aftermarket, and more. He is based at the Company's worldwide headquarters in Dublin, California.
In this new role, McCollum will be focused on revenue growth and expanding the market opportunity for Epicor retail distribution solutions including , , , and . A proven leader, McCollum brings more than 25 years of experience in business applications sales, marketing and services delivery, as well as strong experience working within both direct and partner-driven sales models.
With the appointment of McCollum, Paul Salsgiver, executive vice president and general manager for the company's business will focus on driving key strategic investments in Epicor retail management software for the softgoods and specialty retail markets including apparel, footwear, discount and general merchandising.

Prior to joining Epicor, McCollum served as president of True North Strategists, which worked with global technology firms to transform businesses to achieve profitable growth. From 2004 to 2008, McCollum held senior executive sales and operations roles with Microsoft Corporation, including Vice President, US Dynamics and Vice President, Small Medium Business Worldwide Sales Strategy. His accomplishments at Microsoft included development of a vertical sales strategy deployed worldwide resulting in two consecutive years of growth in emerging markets and EMEA, and establishment of vertically and horizontally aligned partner models for all ERP and CRM channel partners.
Preceding 2004, McCollum held executive management positions with other leading enterprise software providers including Sage Software, Lawson Software and Fieldcentrix Corp. McCollum received a bachelor of science in business and human resources management from California State Polytechnic University.
