(NASDAQ: REXI) announces that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment of a cash dividend on July 31, 2012 in the amount of $0.03 per share of the Company's common stock to all holders of record at the close of business on July 20, 2012. The Company has paid a cash dividend for 17 years.
