(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/19/12 -- Azincourt Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AAZ) (the "Company") announces that Regent Mercantile Holdings Limited, of 1st Floor, 27 Reid Street, Hamilton, Bermuda HM11 ("Regent") holds an aggregate of 1,860,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company, representing 13.2% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Regent also holds 1,000,000 share purchase warrants, exercisable at $0.15 per share until May 1, 2017. Regent advises that it does not act jointly or in concert with any other person in holding or voting shares of the Company; and that it may acquire additional shares of the Company, or dispose of some or all of its shares, in the future.
