Corporate Update-Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/21/12 -- Rex Opportunity Corp. (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $200,000 by issuance of common shares in the capital of the Corporation ("Common Shares"), at a price of $0.10 per Common Share, closing as proceeds are received. Proceeds of this offering will be used for general working capital purposes.
