Sberbank of Russia Presents New Stand at the St. Petersburg International
Economic Forum
21 June 2012, St. Petersburg - Sberbank of Russia, the general partner of
the XVI St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2012, has presented its
new stand 'Future Starts Now!' at the Forum.
The concept of the stand is that of a spaceship flying through the
universe, which symbolizes ambitious goals and far-reaching plans of the
bank on its way to its strategic objective - to become one of the world's
leading financial companies.
Sberbank traditionally showcases its advanced financial solutions at its
stand. This year the stand features 'Business Environment,' an innovative
solution for small and medium-sized businesses. The 'Business Environment'
project is a unique program to create an integrated infrastructure of a
small or medium-sized enterprise, an instrument to build a business
cyberspace that is technologically new to Russian business and society.
The primary objective of the project is to build up and develop small
business.
A visitor will be enabled to operate a touch-screen to create a 'business
of his dream' - to choose a business, its corporate identity (visual image)
and give it a name, and make use of additional business development
services.
'Sberbank puts high hopes on the 'Business Environment' project, which
incorporates more than 20 unique services to run a business, enabling its
customers to manage a firm, personnel, interact with the state, improve
their skills, search for partners, suppliers and close transactions
online,' said Herman Gref, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank.
The stand also features a presentation of the unique Center for sales of
precious metals coins in St. Petersburg and the catalogue of the Sochi-2014
Olympics coins.
