Constellation Software Inc. Acquires New Century Software Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/22/12 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. ("Jonas") has completed the acquisition of New Century Software Inc. ("New Century"). The New Century acquisition expands Jonas' presence in the construction market.
