Prize Mining Corporation Transfers to NEX

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/22/12 -- PRIZE MINING CORPORATION (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: PRZ.H) announces that it has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that its tier classification was changed from Tier 2 to NEX effective June 19, 2012.

The trading symbol for the Corporation changed from PRZ to PRZ.H and the filing and service office will change from Calgary to NEX.
