Altai Announces Election of the Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/25/12 -- Altai Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ATI) (US SEC Rule 12g3-2(b) File # 82-2950) ("Altai" and the "Company") is pleased to announce that at its 2012 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders held on June 22, 2012 in Toronto, Dr. Niyazi Kacira, Dr. K. Sethu Raman and Dr. Didier Pomerleau were re-elected as Directors of the Company, and Dr. Mehmet F. Taner, a consulting geologist and mineralogist with 30 years' experience in the mining industry, and Mr. Nick Tintor, a geologist with 25 years' experience involving various aspects of junior mining company management and financing, were elected as new Directors of the Company.
Dr. Niyazi Kacira remains the Chairman of Altai and is also elected by the Board as the President of the Company.
