Charles M. Hallinan Joins TMMI Advisory Board
(firmenpresse) - WILMINGTON, DELAWARE -- (Marketwire) -- 06/25/12 -- TMM, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TMMI) ("TMMI") or (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles M. Hallinan to its advisory board, effective June 1.
Mr. Hallinan is founder and President of Hallinan Capital Corp., a private investment company he started in 1978. Mr. Hallinan has 40 years of experience in the investment banking; mergers and acquisitions; and investing businesses.
HCC presently has investments in a diverse portfolio of businesses including financial services, health care & environmental services. Mr. Hallinan has been a Director of Clarity Services, Inc., since 2008.
After starting in business with Prudential in the Private Placement Department, he began his investment banking career in 1966 with Reynolds & Co., which evolved through a series of mergers and acquisitions and is now part of Morgan Stanley.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from New York University and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
