(firmenpresse) - PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/26/12 -- Magma Metals Limited (TSX: MMW)(ASX: MMW) ("Magma" or the "Company") advises that following the off-market takeover of the Company by Panoramic Resources Limited (ASX: PAN) changes to the composition of the Board of Directors have been implemented as follows:

In addition Vera Waldby was appointed as joint Company Secretary.

Panoramic is now in the process of compulsorily acquiring the remaining shares in Magma and intends to delist Magma from the ASX & TSX platforms.
