Sanatana Announces Stock Option Grant and Cancellation
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/26/12 -- Sanatana Resources Inc. ("Sanatana" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: STA) has granted incentive stock options to an employee of the Company to purchase up to 110,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.35 per share. The stock options are exercisable on or before June 26, 2017 and vest in stages with 25% to vest immediately and the remainder to vest 25% every six months from the date of the grant. The stock options are being granted pursuant to the terms of the Company's stock option plan and are subject to regulatory approval.
In addition to the stock option grant, the Company also announces that it has cancelled 1,400,000 stock options granted in 2007 and 2008. Following the grant and cancellation of options, the Company has 7,575,000 stock options outstanding.
