Quintex among the top three at the Innovation Award Achema 2012
Quintex has made it into the top three innovations of the Innovation Award at the Achema 2012 in the category of plant and processes. The completely new approach to pressurization without flushing has convinced the jury.
To ensure that all criteria are met in the best of the competition: innovation, cost effectiveness, existing product and presentation.
Quintex Innovation Award Achema 2012 for pressure control system(firmenpresse) - Quintex shows at Achema 2012 for the first time the newly developed pressure system with a completely new approach to pressurization in devices.
The pressurization is a frequently used protection for explosion protection in order to operate not explosion-proof equipment or control units in the hazardous area.
So far, before switching on the devices or units flushing of the existing housing carried out with compressed air. The time of flushing may vary depending upon the volume of the protective enclosure.
Because flushing time and flushing volume judge the size of the housing, creating a high demand and compressed air and time.
Both are, using the new approach without flushing (replaced by an automated or manual clearance measurements of the device) avoided. Cost savings are so easy to understand. Additional the initial costs of the sytem can be reduced drastically by a patented contactor and relay that is used.
