Webcasts Expand Tensoft's Customer Commitment
(firmenpresse) - SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/27/12 -- Tensoft (), a leading end-to-end ERP and supply chain solution provider for the technology industry, announced today the launch of a new training webcast series for Tensoft customers. The webcasts will focus on Tensoft Fabless Semiconductor Manufacturing (FSM) during one session per month and address other Tensoft products in scheduled sessions as well. Only current Tensoft customers with an active service plan may attend.
Designed to be not only informative but interactive, the live webcasts will include a limited number of customers and will be recorded and posted on a private customer web page for others to hear and see later. "As the Tensoft customer community grows, this customer webcast series is one of several ways in which we're connecting to enhance understanding and dialogue," said Tensoft President and CEO, Bob Scarborough. "These sessions are great for new users or as a refresher for 'old pros.'"
The sessions for 2012 begin July 19 with the webcast: "Standard Cost: Theory & Practice in Tensoft FSM." The company also plans to offer webcasts on Tensoft Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Multi-National Consolidation (MNC), High-Tech Dashboard (HTD) as well as sessions on Microsoft Dynamics GP and Report Writer. Additional sessions will feature guest speakers on related topics. A schedule of upcoming webcasts will be posted on the Tensoft website in the near future.
