Pro-Or Appoints Jack Lifton to Senior Management

("Pro-Or" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: POI) is pleased to announce that the company has signed a consulting agreement with Mr. Jack Lifton from Michigan, United States. Mr. Lifton is internationally renowned as a leader in the field of platinum group elements and rare earth elements. Mr. Lifton's mandate includes, among others:

About the Pro-Or technology:
Founded in 1986, Pro-Or is involved in the development of technologies and owns two patents since 2000. They were developed in collaboration with the INRS (Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique). Investment in R & D totaled more than $4M for 6 years to develop and patent the technological process for recovering PGM from ores and concentrates rich in PGM mainly by recycling automobile catalytic converters. This environmentally friendly process requires a small amount of energy to recover PGM compared to current conventional smelting processes. Pro-Or is also active in mining exploration, particularly on its Menarik and Lake Ewart properties at James Bay.
