Mr. Gary Nordin Steps Down From the Board of FSM
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/27/12 -- Fortunate Sun Mining Company Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: FSM) (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Gary Nordin as a director of the company effective immediately. Mr. Nordin has stepped down in an effort to reduce his workload, but has agreed to stay on as a Consultant and an Advisor to the company.
The board of FSM would like to thank Mr. Nordin for the invaluable expertise and experience he has provided to the company over the past two years. The company looks forward to working with Mr. Nordin in his advisory capacity.
