Centerra Announces Director Resignation

(TSX: CG) announced today that Mr. Niyazbek Aldashev has resigned from the board of directors, effective June 22, 2012. Steve Lang, chairman of the board of directors, commented "Niyaz Aldashev made important contributions to the board during his tenure and we regret his departure from the board."
